EEO-1 Documents

Employers with 100 or more employees are required to file an EEO-1 Report with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission each year. The specific reporting due date is published for each year. This package contains the EEO-1 report, along with an Applicant Tracking Form and an EEO Invitation Form for Applicants. All of these items should be used to ensure compliance with annual EEO reporting.
