The Performance Review package includes annual review templates for Administrative and Professional Staff, Warehouse and Blue-Collar Staff, and Management. The content of each form is tailored to the type of staff being reviewed, but all forms include sections for competencies, strengths, and areas of improvement. Applicable forms also include a goals section.
