The Employee Relations: Anti-Discrimination and Sexual Harassment Policy is a policy that employers can use in their employee handbook, or as a standalone policy, which outlines how the company complies with the federal laws that prohibit employee discrimination and sexual harassment in the workplace. The policy also includes sections for important definitions, prohibited conduct, reporting and investigatory procedures, third-party discrimination or sexual harassment, prohibition against retaliation, intentional false reports, and confidentiality. While this policy applies to all employees, a section on supervisor responsibility is included. This policy also includes the company's statement on Employee Relations.
