Equal Employment Opportunity Policy

The Employee Relations: Equal Employment Opportunity Policy is a policy that employers can use in their employee handbook, or as a standalone policy, which outlines how the company complies with the federal laws that prohibit employee discrimination set forth by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). While this policy applies to all employees, a section on supervisor responsibility is included. This Policy also includes the company's statement on Employee Relations.
