Outside Employment Policy

The Employee Relations: Outside Employment Policy is a policy that employers can use in their employee handbook, or as a standalone policy, which outlines how the company handles employees who seek outside employment. Additionally, this policy includes information for employees should they decide to leave the company for outside employment and covers topics such as final pay, address changes, eligibility for rehire, unemployment insurance, and COBRA.
